Contact us
Clearfile has one contact channel: [email protected]. The other way in is the request form at the foot of each programme and service page. We usually reply within one business day.
Email and the request form
Both routes reach the same inbox, so choose whichever is easier. The form asks five questions and sends them to us in a fixed order; an email lets you add context the form has no field for, such as a second family member with a different passport.
We do not take phone calls and do not hold meetings at an office. Every quote, document list and status update is sent in writing, so you keep a record of what we agreed to do and when.
What to include in your email
Five details let us check your case against the published conditions without a round of follow-up questions:
- Citizenship: every passport you hold, and the one you plan to apply with.
- Target country: where you want to live, work or register the company.
- Service: golden visa, digital nomad visa, work permit or EU Blue Card, company formation, license application or VAT registration.
- Timing: within a month, in 1–3 months, or later; add any fixed date such as a lease start or a permit expiry.
- Budget for our fees: under €5,000, €5,000–30,000, over €30,000, or not decided. Government fees and any investment amount are separate.
For a family application, list each person and their relationship to you. For a company, name the activity and the country where the owners are tax resident.
What not to send in the first message
Please do not attach passport scans, bank statements or tax returns to your first email. We ask for specific documents only after you accept the quote, and the quote states which ones. This keeps copies of your identity documents out of our inbox until they are needed.
When we reply
We usually reply within one business day. The reply is either a written quote with the document list, or a short list of questions if the case depends on a detail you have not given. We do not promise a response time, and a quote says what we will do, not what a government office will decide.
Email is the wrong channel if a filing deadline falls in the next few days. In that case, contact the authority handling your application directly.
What happens to the details you send
Form requests are stored on the server that runs this site, not in an outside CRM, for up to 24 months. Your IP address is kept only as a salted hash, used to limit repeated submissions. We use your details to prepare the quote and answer your request, nothing else.
The full terms, including how to ask for a copy or deletion of your data, are in the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
Before you write
The information on this site is general and is not legal advice for your specific situation. Indicative package prices are on /fees, and the steps we follow after you accept a quote are on /how-we-work.
