How we work

The five steps

• Request: you fill in nine fields of the form; we usually reply within one business day.
• Assessment: we compare your situation with the facts in our reference for 31 countries, each carrying the date it was last checked.
• Written estimate: a price “from” one of our 14 published packages, the document list and our working days.
• Preparation and filing: our part takes between 2 and 120 working days, depending on the package.
• Documents in hand: the filed application with its receipt, or the registry certificate (see step 5).

Work starts only after the estimate is agreed in writing. If step 2 shows that the programme or structure does not fit, the process stops there and you are told why.

Step 1. Your request

We usually reply within one business day. The form asks for nine things: citizenship, target country, service, budget, timeframe, name, e-mail, a free-text message and your consent to processing. Budget and timeframe matter more than they seem: a MiCA CASP application starts at €30,000 and 60–120 working days of our work, so a request with a two-week horizon gets an honest “no” rather than a quote.

If you prefer e-mail, write to [email protected]. That address is the only contact channel we operate; there is no phone line and no office to visit.

Step 2. Assessment against the reference

We check your case against thresholds, fees and programme status taken from primary sources: laws, government portals and regulators, each with a check date. Example: the Spanish golden visa has been closed since 3 April 2025, so a request for it gets an explanation and the open alternatives, not a filing.

Where an authority publishes no figure, the assessment says “not published” and names the authority. We do not replace a missing number with an estimate. How the reference is kept current is described on our Editorial policy page.

Step 3. Written estimate with a “from” price

Each estimate starts from a published package. Government and registry fees are paid at cost and are never part of our price; neither are investment amounts, translations or apostilles where a package lists them as excluded. Indicative prices; the final quote depends on your case.

• Cyprus company formation: from €1,200, our part 7–15 working days
• UK company formation: from €400, our part 2–5 working days

• EU VAT registration: from €600, our part 10–30 working days
• Portugal golden visa application: from €4,500, our part 30–60 working days

• Germany work permit application: from €1,500, our part 15–30 working days
• MiCA CASP license application: from €30,000, our part 60–120 working days

Step 4. Preparation and filing

We prepare the application or the registration documents, check them against the authority’s current list and file them. For a Greece golden visa file (30–60 working days of our work) that includes family members on the same file; for a Cyprus company (7–15 working days) it covers name approval, articles and the filing with the Registrar of Companies.

Your share is smaller but cannot be delegated: signing, obtaining civil documents from your home country, and attending biometrics in person where a residence permit requires it. For a Spain digital nomad visa, for example, translations, apostilles and health insurance stay on your side, as the package lists them as excluded.

Our working days and the authority’s

Our range covers preparation and filing; the decision time belongs to the authority and runs separately. Four examples from the reference, checked on 25 September 2026:

• UK company: Companies House usually registers online within 1 day; our part is 2–5 working days.
• Cyprus company: about 10 days at the Registrar, a secondary estimate because the Registrar publishes no service time; our part is 7–15 working days.
• Spain digital nomad visa: Law 14/2013 sets a maximum of 20 days for the decision; our part is 15–30 working days.
• Greece golden visa: processing time not published by the Greek authorities; our part is 30–60 working days.

Step 5. What you hold at the end

• Company formation: certificate of incorporation, articles of association, share certificates for a UK company, and the tax registration number.
• Residence and visa files: a copy of the complete application as filed, the filing receipt and, where applicable, the biometrics appointment confirmation.
• License applications: the application pack as submitted to the competent authority, with the business plan and policies it contains.

What we do not do

• We do not give legal opinions on your specific situation. The information on this site is general and is not legal advice for your specific situation.
• We do not promise a decision. Approval of a permit, visa or licence is the authority’s decision; we commit only to our own work and its working days.
• We do not file for closed programmes or present them as open.
• We do not refer your case to third parties: the preparation and filing are done by us.

Who this process does not suit

Anyone who needs representation in a dispute, an appeal against a refusal or court work: we prepare and file applications, nothing more. Anyone who needs a result faster than our minimum, such as a UK company in under 2 working days. And anyone whose budget is below a package’s “from” price plus the government fees, because we do not cut steps to meet it.

Your data during the process

Form requests are stored on the site’s own server, not in a third-party CRM, and are kept for up to 24 months. Your IP address is kept only as a salted hash. The Privacy Policy lists what we collect and your rights over it under the GDPR.
