What the price covers
What does the “from” price include?
Only our own work: the steps listed under “Included” in each row, such as the eligibility review, preparing the file and filing it. Anything under “Not included” is either paid by you directly or quoted separately.
Which fees are extra?
Government and registry fees are always extra and paid at cost. The table shows the fee each authority publishes, with its source and check date: the Cyprus Registrar of Companies charges €165 to incorporate a company with share capital, Companies House charges £100 for a digital incorporation from 1 February 2026, and the Estonian state fee for a private limited company (OÜ) is €265. Translations, apostilles, health insurance and the investment amount itself also sit outside our fee wherever a package lists them.
Can I still buy property for the Portuguese golden visa?
No. Lei 56/2023, in force from 7 October 2023, abolished the real estate, rehabilitation and €1.5 million capital-transfer routes; the fund, research, culture and job-creation routes remain, and our Portugal package covers those. Family reunification for holders is exempt from the 2-year wait introduced by Lei 61/2025.
How the quote is set
How is the final quote set?
In writing, after we read your request. The quote lists our work, the working days for our part and the government fees that apply to your case, and it moves with three things: how many people are on the file, which investment or permit route you take, and how many documents need translation or legalisation. For example, the Greek golden visa package starts from €3,500 for our work, before the investment and any government fee. We start once you accept the quote.
Does a family pay more than a single applicant?
Usually, because every extra person adds documents to check. In Greece one golden visa file can cover a spouse or partner, children under 21 and the parents of both spouses, and our Greek package already includes family members on the same file. Where an authority charges per person, the service page shows that fee.
Timing for a family file
How long does a golden visa take from start to card?
Our part takes 30–60 working days for the Greek and Portuguese packages; the authority’s time comes on top, and we cannot shorten it. Greece sets no statutory deadline for investor files, although the filing certificate gives lawful stay while the file is open. Estonia’s large-investor route takes about 120 days: roughly 90 for the decision and 30 for the card.
What can we do to avoid delays?
Have the documents ready before we file. Translations and apostilles are arranged outside our fee, so on day one we send the checklist: passports for everyone on the file, the marriage certificate, a birth certificate for each child, and evidence of where the investment money comes from.
