What this site does

The site publishes general information on residence programmes, company formation, licences and taxes in European countries, and accepts requests for our services. Every figure in that information comes from our reference of primary sources (laws, government sites, regulators), each with the date we last checked it.

The information on this site is general and is not legal advice for your specific situation.

Sending a request does not create an order. It starts a written exchange: we read the request, reply with a quote and a document list, and work begins only after you accept that quote in writing. We usually reply within one business day.

Prices and quotes

Prices on the site are shown as “from” and are indicative. The final price for your case is the one stated in the written quote we send you, and it depends on the country, the service, the number of family members or shareholders and the documents involved. The full list of indicative prices is on the fees page.

• Government, registry and consular fees are not part of our price; they are paid at cost to the authority that charges them.
• Translations, apostilles, health insurance and similar third-party costs are listed in the quote when they apply and are not included unless the quote says so.
• The working days shown next to a price cover our part of the work only, not the time the authority takes to decide.

Decisions belong to the authorities

We prepare, file and follow up applications; the decision on a permit, registration or licence is taken by the competent authority of the country concerned. We do not promise or guarantee any result, approval or processing time set by an authority.

Laws and official requirements change. When a change affects work already in progress, we tell you in writing what it means for your file before continuing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you give us. An application built on incorrect or incomplete data can be refused or withdrawn by the authority, and we cannot correct what we were not told.

• Tell us promptly if your circumstances change: income, employer, family members, criminal record or place of residence.
• Provide original or certified documents where the authority requires them.
• Keep copies of everything you send us and everything we file for you.

Use of the site content

Texts, tables and the structure of our reference on this site are protected. You may read them, quote short passages with a link to the source page and use them for your own decisions. Copying pages or datasets in bulk, republishing them or feeding them into another service requires our written permission, requested at [email protected].

Links to laws and government sites lead to their official publishers. We check them when we check the facts, but we do not control their content or availability.

Your rights as a consumer

If you use our services as a private individual, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the day it is published on this page. A quote you have already accepted stays under the terms in force on the day you accepted it.
