What we do and what we do not

We prepare and file applications: residence permits, company registrations, licence applications and tax registrations in the countries listed on the site. We collect the documents, fill in the forms, submit the file and follow it until the authority decides.

We do not issue legal opinions, represent you in court or appeal proceedings, or assess your personal tax position. Where a case needs that, we say so in the quote before any work starts, so that you can take independent advice.

Every fact has a check date

Our reference covers 31 jurisdictions. Each threshold, fee, term and tax rate on the site is shown with the date we last checked it against the law, a government site or the regulator, and with a link to that source.

Germany is a recent example: from 30 October 2025 naturalisation requires 5 years of residence for every applicant, and a text written before that date would describe a shorter route that no longer exists.

• A figure is correct as of its check date, not as of the day you read the page.
• Where no primary source publishes a figure, the page says "not published" instead of giving an estimate.
• Secondary sources, such as tax summaries by accounting firms, are labelled as secondary.
• Spain closed its golden visa to new applications on 3 April 2025; our pages mark such a programme as closed with that date instead of removing it.

Before we file, we check the conditions of your case against the rules in force on that day, not against the page you read earlier.

Authorities make the decisions

Immigration offices, company registries, tax authorities and financial regulators decide on every application we file. We answer for a complete file submitted on the agreed dates; we do not promise approval, a registration date or a processing time set by an authority.

Where an authority does not publish its processing time, our pages say so and show only the working days of our own part.

Links to official sources

Source links lead to external sites: legislation portals, ministries, migration offices and regulators. We do not control their content, availability or later changes, and a page on such a site may move or be rewritten after our check date. The official text in its original language prevails over our summary.

Prices are indicative

Indicative prices; the final quote depends on your case. For example, a Germany work permit application starts at €1,500 in our fees, with our part taking 15–30 working days; government fees and the recognition of qualifications are paid separately.

• Government fees, translations, apostilles and investments are not part of our fee unless a quote says otherwise.
• Only a written quote you have accepted sets the scope and the fee for your case.
